Green Meadow Farm grown heirloom hominy white corn. Non-GMO, unsprayed, unadulterated. Lightly toasted then ground coarse to medium fine. Makes creamy grits, beautiful texture for classic cheese grit side dishes or as a main character in shrimp and grits. Sold in 2lb bags.
